We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their UGG® product from a retailer other than www.uggaustralia.com, or the UGG® call center. We will process your return for an exchange or a site credit. We do not offer a refund for products not purchased directly from us.
Items must be in new and unused condition. A product with dirt or wear and tear will be returned to the customer with no action taken. Products must be in our current product line, which is posted on uggaustralia.com.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their UGG® product from the call center, website or Authorized UGG retailer.

- Make sure your information on this form is correct
- Enclose all product and returns form in the box
- If you have your original invoice include a copy to help in processing time

- If you have your original invoice, you can use the prepaid peel off label from the front of your invoice.
- If shipping back using your own carrier, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Please expect your return to take 3 – 5 business days for processing from the date of receipt at our returns department.
- We will send an email confirmation to you once your return has been processed.
