Fill and place the packing list inside of your package with the item(s) to return, securely tape the label on the package and send it via a trackable method.
FREE RETURNS SHIPPING LIMITED TIME OFFER:
Return shipping is FREE for customers who purchased their UGG® product from the call center or website September 13th, 2010 through August 31st, 2011. If you purchased your Product(s) during this time frame, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you. You can return your product(s) to us by using the pre-paid peel off shipping label located on your invoice. Please note: If you choose not to use the pre-paid shipping label please send your package via a trackable method. We recommend using UPS, Fedex or USPS regular ground service. If you do not use the pre-paid shipping label, you will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost and UGG® is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If you purchased your UGG® product prior to September 13th, 2010, returned product(s) shipping charges must be paid by customer and these charges are non-refundable.
