Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their UGG® product from the website. Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that your order has met your expectations.
If you change your mind about any of the products for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note we can only process like for like exchanges for a different colour or size of the SAME STYLE.
You may return purchases made on uggaustralia.co.uk between November 15th and December 31st for a refund or like for like exchange during our extended returns period until January 31st.
You may return goods and receive a full refund or exchange provided you have taken reasonable care of them. We consider that this includes that the goods have not been damaged, washed, altered or excessively worn. Please note we cannot refund or exchange items that you have not taken reasonable care of.
We recommend that the goods are returned using the Returns Form received with your order. This form is also available for download below.
Please note that you will be required to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us, we will refund the value of the goods only.
Please allow 5-15 business days from the date we receive the goods for your refund to reach your bank account, or for your item to be sent in exchange. All refunds will be in the same form as the original payment.
If you bought your item online, you will need to download and print our return form which includes a return address label.
Please fill out your returns form and place it inside your package with the item(s) to return, securely tape the label on the package and send it via a trackable method, such as Parcelforce or DHL.

The UGG® warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to UGG® which are past one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that UGG® does not perform repairs.
Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks.
In order for us to properly process your return, its important you fill in all the fields on the return form including the reason for return, which items you are returning, and the original invoice number.

We will process your returned goods as quickly as possible and you will be credited within 5-15 business days from the date we receive the goods.
