EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Here at UGG®, customer satisfaction is very important to us and we hope you’re happy with your order. However, if you change your mind about a product, we will gladly accept returns in their original shoe box for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase from www.ugg.com/eu.

Kindly note that we can only accept returns for goods which are unworn and in their original shoe box. In the case of exchanges, we can only offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same model.

Please note that products must be returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Return costs are dependent on the country, so we kindly ask you to check the return paperwork enclosed with your order for your local return policy.

How to exchange or return goods purchased on ugg.com/eu

  1. Complete the Returns Form stating the reason for your return and, if applicable, the item you would like in exchange. Please place the returns form inside the package.

  2. Cut out the returns label and attach it securely to your package. Please return the items in the original packaging if you can or use a sturdy alternative to protect the goods during transit.

  3. Return the package to us using a secure and trackable method. Please remember to request proof of postage and keep it somewhere safe. We cannot be held liable for any items lost during transit before they reach our warehouse.

  4. We will take care of the rest! We will let you know by email as soon as your return or exchange has been processed.

For information on our return process time please visit our FAQ here! All refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. In some cases it can take up to 7 working days from the time that UGG® processes a refund for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, this is dependent on your bank or card issuer.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN GOODS PURCHASED at an UGG® retail store

If you need to return an item purchased at an UGG® retail store, please return to the store where the purchase was made. If you are unable to reach the store or the store cannot help you, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to see if they can assist you further.

ITEMS PURCHASED AT AN AUTHORISED RESELLER

If you need to return an item purchased at one of our authorised retailers, please return to the store where the purchase was made. We cannot exchange, or refund items purchased elsewhere.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to exercise your right to cancel by sending us a clear statement, either by post or email, using the following details:
