Orders placed on www.UGG.com/eu are despatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We deliver by parcel carrier and your parcel will need a signature upon arrival. We deliver to all of the countries shown below.

• Working days is Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays in The Netherlands.
• We do not ship or deliver on Sundays. / We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
• For more remote locations, please allow a little longer for delivery.

• We cannot deliver to Isle of Scilly and The Isle of Man and BFPO addresses or postal boxes.
• Please note, The buyer is responsible For all international duties and taxes incurred during delivery from The Netherlands to countries outside of the European Union.

Pickup and Drop Off

As an alternative to a delivery to your home or office, we offer a best in class Pickup and Drop off service for Global E countries (see list below). This service allows parcels to be picked up or dropped off at our trusted Pickup points.

You will be notified by email as soon as the parcel is delivered in the shop.

A reminder is sent after 4 days by email and text message. After 7 days, the parcel is shipped back to the sender.

You will be asked to present a proof of original ID and sign the PDA. A 3rd party is requested to present an ID and the ID of the initial consignee to collect a parcel.

Easy returns: you can drop a return order in any Pickup point and receives a receipt.

The PUDO service is available to the following countries below:

Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia,Sweden.
