In an effort to reduce risk and prioritize well-being, UGG stores in North America and Europe will be temporarily closed until further notice. We will continue to closely monitor developments related to the virus and update you as our plans evolve and change. We will get through this together.

We will be extending our returns policy to allow customers 90 days to apply for a refund or exchange.

In the interim, UGG.com is still operating however we are currently experiencing delays with our order deliveries. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
