UGG® Rewards is a free program designed to reward loyal UGG® customers like you. UGG® Rewards allows you to earn UGG® Points for everyday activities like browsing, purchasing, staying active on UGG.com, writing product reviews, and much more. Once you earn 250 UGG® Points, you will automatically receive a $20 coupon that can be used at UGG.com or any UGG® retail store in the United States. Activities that can earn you UGG® Points and the rewards we offer can change at any time, so check back to see the latest!


Every UGG® customer who is 13 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States is eligible to enroll in our free UGG® Rewards program at UGG.com or any UGG® retail store in the United States. Regardless of where you enroll, remember to set up a member account and complete your profile at UGG.com in order to enjoy all the benefits of the program. An email address will be necessary for program enrollment.


Once you earn 250 UGG® Points, we will automatically email you a $20 coupon that can be used at UGG.com or any UGG® retail store in the United States. UGG® Rewards expire in 90 days. Program members that have completed their profile online will also receive priority notice of new items and promotional events, plus a birthday surprise, bonus UGG® Point opportunities, and more!


Select Tier: Spend $0-$249 and get early access to limited-time sales and products for a whole year, plus extra perks on member appreciation days. Premium Tier: Spend between $250-$499 to qualify for all the same benefits as Select Tier customers, plus 25% more UGG® Points when you buy in an UGG® retail store, double the points on a purchase made during your birthday month, and free expedited shipping on all orders. Elite Tier: Spend $500+ to qualify for all the same benefits as Select and Premium Tier customers, plus 50% more UGG® Points when you buy in an UGG® retail store, and free next-day shipping on all orders.


From January to December of each year. Members who reach a higher tier within the program period will keep the same status through the end of the following calendar year. In order to maintain tier status for the next calendar year, members must meet the associated spend threshold within the next program period.


Yes, you must make a purchase in order to redeem your $20 coupon.


You can earn UGG® Points for qualifying web-based activities, which include the following:

  • Complete your profile: 30 points (1 time only)
  • Connect to Facebook: 10 points (1 time only)
  • Connect to Instagram: 10 points (1 time only)
  • Add to Wishlist: 25 points (Once per year)
  • Share Wishlist: 25 points (Once per year)
  • Write a review: 25 points (Once per quarter)
  • Refer a friend: 50 points (Four times per year)

Congratulations! You are now an enrolled Member. However, in order to enjoy all the benefits of the UGG® Rewards program, you must set up your Rewards account online. If you enrolled in an UGG® retail store, you will receive an email to prompt you to complete your Rewards account set up.


You can go online and set up your Rewards account independent of receiving an enrollment email. If you already have an UGG.com account tied to the same email that was used to enroll in UGG® Rewards in store, log into your UGG.com account as you normally would. You will then be prompted for additional information in order to set up your UGG® Rewards Member account.

If you do not have an UGG.com account, or enrolled in UGG® Rewards using a different email, you will need to create a new UGG.com account using the same email used to enroll in the store. Follow the prompts to set up your UGG.com online account and once created, you will be provided access to your UGG® Rewards member account.

Once you set up your Rewards account online, your account should automatically reflect your eligible UGG® Points within 48 hours. If it does not automatically reflect your UGG® Points within 7 days, please contact us at 1-888-432-8530 or email us at customersupport@ugg.com. Make sure to have your receipt available.


You may earn UGG® Points in a number of ways, including purchasing and staying active on UGG.com, sharing content on certain social media channels, writing product reviews and much more. This list is constantly changing, so to stay current on all of the activities that will allow you to earn UGG® Points, be sure to check the EARN POINTS tab in your online Rewards page often. Purchases made using a site credit will not earn points.


Generally, UGG® Points earned on a given purchase will be equivalent to the dollars spent. Purchases for items with a decimal value of $0.49 through $0.01 round down. There may be additional opportunities to earn UGG® Points or existing opportunities may change, so please visit the EARN POINTS tab to learn about current earning opportunities.


No, you cannot transfer (or sell) UGG® Points or redeemed Rewards to anyone else.


UGG Rewards program members will earn points for qualified purchases and activities. Once you earn 250 points and have a qualified purchase on your account, we will automatically email you a $20 UGG Reward that can be used at UGG stores in the United States and online at UGG.com. Rewards expire in 90 days. Program members that have completed their Rewards profile online will also receive priority notice of new items and promotional events, a birthday surprise, bonus point opportunities and more!


Your points balance will show a reduction equal to the points earned on the product purchase. For an exchange of equal value, the points balance will remain unchanged.


Items can be exchanged if in original condition within 30 days for a similar product for equal or lesser value as available following the standard return process for online or in store. If you prefer to return and not exchange the item purchased, your original payment type will be refunded, but your UGG® Reward coupon code will not be reinstated and you will lose your UGG® Reward


Unfortunately, due to Facebook user policies, we do not offer points for "liking" UGG® on Facebook at this time.


UGG® marketing emails provide you with the latest information regarding UGG® products and official announcements. UGG® Rewards emails provide you with detailed transactional information regarding your UGG® Rewards account, for instance, confirm qualified activities, verify rewards, etc. Should you choose to opt out of UGG® marketing emails but maintain an active UGG® Rewards account, you will continue to receive UGG® Rewards transactional emails such as points balance updates until you contact Customer Service and close your UGG® Rewards account.


As long as you are a part of the UGG® Rewards program, you will continue to receive transactional emails about your activity and updates regarding your UGG® Rewards account.


There are a few ways you may lose points from your UGG® Rewards account. One way in which you may lose points is if you connect to any social network through the program and then disconnect from that social media network in the same month. You may also lose points for returning item(s) from an order for which you initially received points. Points also expire after 12 months in which your account sees no points-earning activity.


You can earn points for most web-based activities on a mobile device but you will need to disable 'private browsing' on your mobile browser. Check your mobile browser settings on your mobile device to ensure it will always accept cookies.


Yes. Once you complete a transaction on UGG.com, the check-out confirmation page will display how many points you've earned and those points will be added to your UGG® Rewards account balance when your items ship.


Yes. Once you are an enrolled Member, product purchases made at either an UGG® Retail Store in the US or online at UGG.com are considered a Qualifying Purchase event. Should you purchase an UGG® product at an authorized retail partner (such as Nordstroms or Dillards) your transaction is not eligible to receive purchase points. The purchase of an UGG® gift card or any products purchased with an employee discount are excluded as a Qualifying Purchase event. Points cannot be earned on any taxes, shipping and handling charges and any other fees. Purchases for items with a decimal values of $.49 through $.01 round down. Points post to member accounts approximately 15 days after the date of purchase. The value of returned items will be deducted from the member's qualifying purchase amount. Purchases made using an UGG® Reward are not eligible for points earnings.


At this time UGG® Rewards is awarding points for UGG® in-store purchases from Qualifying UGG® Retail Stores BUT NOT for purchases made at UGG® retail partners. Please check back for updates!


Yes, your redeemable points will expire if your account has no points-earning activity (that includes engagement and/or purchase activity) for a 12-month period.


No, points are only issued for purchases after the official launch of the program and once you have fully enrolled and opted in to the UGG® Rewards program online.


Points awarded are based on the actual price you paid for a product, but less taxes, shipping and handling charges and any other fees. A purchase of a gift card is not eligible for points earnings.

Log into your UGG® Rewards account online at UGG.com and your current points balance will display in the upper area of your member home page. Select from the corresponding tabs in your member account pages to view recent activity, points earnings opportunities, current profile settings and other member- related items.


While most UGG® points will be added to your balance immediately after you have completed an action, some activities take longer to verify. For example, product purchase points are added once your item ships and item review points are added after your review is approved and posted to UGG.com.

No, you may only use one reward per transaction both at UGG.com or in retail locations.


At this time, we have Rewards programs in the United States, Canada and Japan. If you are a current resident of the United States, Canada, or Japan you may enroll in your local UGG® Rewards program to start earning points and receiving benefits.


No, at this time you may only earn points in your country of residence. UGG® Points cannot transfer across different countries’ programs. UGG® Rewards certificates may only be redeemed in the country where UGG® Points were earned.


No, at this time when you earn points within one country UGG® Points cannot be transferred across different countries’ programs. If you wish to earn points in another country, you must create a separate UGG® Rewards account within that country.
