To reduce risk without compromising convenience for our customers, select UGG stores will be opening for in-store or curbside pickup where local governments allow. All store associates will be provided with masks and gloves, and will maintain recommended safety precautions. We want to make sure picking up your UGG purchase is safe, simple and easy.

To see if the items you are ordering are eligible for in-store or curbside pickup, please select your UGG store in the Store Locator, which is located at the upper right-hand corner of the navigation. The Store Locator will indicate whether your nearest store is OPEN, OFFERS CURBSIDE, or TEMPORARILY CLOSED.

WHAT IN-STORE PICKUP OPTIONS ARE OFFERED?

UGG currently offers two methods to order online and pick-up in store. Please be sure to check which method you have selected when you check out.

  • Store Pickup: If you place an order before 1PM local time and your local UGG store has inventory, the product can be picked up on the same day. Orders placed after 1PM local time with store inventory might be fulfilled the following business day. Please wait for an email notification before heading to the store.
    Please note that some items may not be available in store and must be shipped out of our warehouse and may take longer to be ready. The is referred to as our Ship-To-Store method. See below.

  • Ship-To-Store: If your local UGG store does not have inventory in the style you want, we can ship the item to our store for you to pick-up free of cost. Please note that this requires standard shipping timelines, usually 2 – 5 business days. This is a great option if you are worried about the security of your package delivery to your home.

At this time, select stores are also offering Curbside Pickup. Please refer to the other FAQ’s for more information on this service.

WHAT IS CURBSIDE PICKUP?

Curbside Pickup is a safe and convenient way for our customers to pick-up orders placed through UGG.com from our retail stores. If your local UGG store is able to participate in this service, you can call the store when you arrive and let an associate know you’d like him/her to bring your order to you.

UGG currently offers two methods to order online and pick-up in store. Please be sure to check which method you have selected when you check out.

HOW CAN I TELL YOU I WANT CURBSIDE PICKUP?

Only select UGG stores are able to participate in Curbside Pickup. When you use the store locator, it will indicate whether your nearest store is OPEN, OFFERS CURBSIDE, or TEMPORARILY CLOSED.
Please be sure to check the store hours on store locations page for updated restricted opening hours before heading to your local UGG store.

HOW DO I PLACE A BUY ONLINE PICK UP IN STORE ORDER FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP?

Simply shop on ugg.com, choose your items, and select your desired Pickup method in cart.

Please note that some items are not available in store and must be shipped from our warehouse. For both store pickup options, your order will be prepared by an associate and an email will be sent to you when the item is ready for you to pick up.

To pick up your order, please visit the Ugg store from which your purchase was made. When you arrive, call the store and give the employee your name and order number. A member of staff will then come outside with your order.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY CURBSIDE PICKUP ORDER?

We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick-up. Orders can be retrieved anytime during regular business hours at the store location you selected at checkout. Please use the Store Locator on UGG.com to check the latest hours for your local store. Please call the store when you are on your way to make arrangements for Curbside delivery.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DOES UGG OFFER?

Ugg offers the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • Ground Shipping: 5 - 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 - 3 business days
  • Next Day Shipping: Next business day

  • Same Day Delivery (SDD): Select locations are eligible for online orders to be shipped to you same day via Deliv courier service. If you are in a location where we offer this service and the style you’d like to purchase is available in a local store, the SDD option will appear in your shipping methods at checkout. Orders must be placed prior to 1PM PST to qualify for a Same Day Delivery shipping.
    Eligibility is determined by the zip code of your shipping address. Our store must be within 8 miles of the delivery address to qualify for Same Day Delivery.
    After the order is placed you will receive email notification updating you on the status and delivery of your order.
  • Phone Orders: If shopping online is not your thing, our UGG stores will happily take your orders over the phone. If your style has inventory is available in the store, you can pick it up as soon as the associate has your order ready. If your style is not available for same day pickup, the associate can have your order shipped to you, free of charge.

DOES UGG OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Select locations are eligible for Same Day Delivery (SDD). This is when an online order is shipped to you same day via Deliv courier service. If you are in a location where we offer this service and the style you’d like to purchase is available in a local store, the SDD option will appear in your shipping methods at checkout. Orders must be placed prior to 1PM PST to qualify for a Same Day Delivery shipping.

Eligibility is determined by the zip code of your shipping address. Our store must be within 8 miles of the delivery address to qualify for Same Day Delivery.

After the order is placed you will receive email notifications updating you on the status and delivery of your order.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO PICK UP MY CURBSIDE ORDER?

Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid form of photo ID.

CAN I CALL AN UGG STORE AND PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes! Check the Store Locator on UGG.com to see if your local Ugg Store is currently open. If so, an associate would be happy to take your order over the phone and have it ready for pickup (if available) or have your products shipped to you, free of charge.

You can also call your local UGG store for their most up-to-date product availability. Use the Store Locator on UGG.com to find the store’s phone number. Shipping is free and orders must be sent to the billing address of the credit card used for payment.

HOW DOES CURBSIDE PICKUP WORK AND IS IT SAFE?

If your UGG store is participating in Curbside Pickup, please call the store when you arrive. Once you have provided an associate with your name and order number, you can arrange for the associate to bring the order out to you.

At locations where it is possible to drive up to the front of the store, an associate can place the order into the trunk of your car.

Observing the 6 feet distancing rule and minimizing contact with our customers will help lower chances of spreading germs and bacteria. All associates will also be equipped with a masks and gloves.

HOW DO I LET THE UGG STORE KNOW THAT I HAVE ARRIVED?

Our employees are committed to providing you excellent, safe and expedient service. When you arrive at the store, simply call the store give us your name and order number. We will promptly deliver your items to you.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PICKUP ORDER?

Yes, we currently allow returns and exchanges. We can help you in our store or you can step through the process yourself through our Returns Center. Please allow extra processing times for these transactions due to limited staff at our warehouse in compliance with CDC recommendations for social distancing.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP THE ORDER FOR ME?

Yes, when placing your order you will be asked to specify the person who will come to our store to pick up the order. This will be your chance to specify and alternate pickup person. They must bring the order confirmation email and a form of valid ID that matches the name you have specified.

HOW LONG WILL THE STORE HOLD MY CURBSIDE PICKUP ORDER FOR ME?

We will hold your order at your selected store for 7 days from the day you receive the ready for pickup email. If you missed the first email, don’t worry! We will send you an additional reminder email. Please check with your store for extended hold options.

For Store Pickup orders, you will not be charged until your order is picked up.

For Ship-to-Store orders, you are charged once you place the order online. However, if you do not pick up your order from the store within the 7 day period, we will cancel your order and it will be refunded to the method of original payment.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY PICKUP ORDER?

For Store Pickup orders, you will not be charged until your order is picked up.

For Ship-to-Store orders, you are charged once you place the order online. However, if you do not pick up your order from the store within the 7 day period, we will cancel your order and it will be refunded to the method of original payment.

CAN I CANCEL MY PICKUP ORDER?

Yes. Please email, chat or call our Customer Care Team so that they can help you with the cancelation.

WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY PICKUP ORDER?

Yes, we will send you a pickup confirmation email with your order details. You can also download one from our order status page on Ugg.com.

To reduce paper waste, the stores will not provide a receipt upon pickup unless requested.

CAN I OPT IN TO TEXT ALERTS?

Yes, the fastest and easiest way to receive updates about your order is to opt into our text service at checkout. Forgot to opt-in while checking out? Don’t worry! You can still opt in from the Order Status Page.
