DID YOU ALREADY BUY A FAKE UGG® PRODUCT?
It’s not too late to get your money back. In fact, you can dispute charges from counterfeiters with most banks and credit card companies.
However, in order to dispute the charge most payment providers require you to have:
- Proof of purchase (email confirmation from vendor or paper receipt/invoice)
- Proof of attempts to return the product for a refund (email chain or letter exchanges)
- A screenshot of the results from our authorized retailer search bar above OR a screenshot of a legal notice declaring the website is counterfeit. Click the images below to see examples of legal notices.
UGG® is renowned for the luxurious comfort of twinface sheepskin and exceptional craftsmanship. Fake shoes and boots are made with dubious and inferior materials.
