We are still delivering as normal, however these may take a little longer than usual. Some delivery options might not be available. You’ll be able to see all delivery options available to you at the checkout.

If your item is not available within our UK warehouse then we will look to source this from our international warehouse. If you have selected a weekend or next day delivery, we will do our best to get this to you within the time frame requested however, if this is not possible your order may be delayed. We will aim to get this to you in the fastest way possible and will keep you updated via email to any changes of delivery date.


Orders are delivered by our courier partner DPD who will send you a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery - no more waiting around all day for a delivery!
DPD will send you tracking information by email & SMS as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.


Peak Extended Delivery Information

Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions for both our warehouse and carriers, as well as increased volumes over the peak season from 20th November 2020. We are advising that all deliveries placed at this time will be delivered within 5-10 working days. An email will be sent once the order has been despatched and further tracking information will become available directly from the courier with estimated time frames of delivery.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands: Please allow one extra day for Standard Delivery. Unfortunately we cannot currently offer a Next Day service to these destinations.

Please note we cannot offer a Next Day service to the Isle of Wight.


All deliveries are made by DPD couriers; your delivery will be fully tracked with updates by email and SMS (if you provide a mobile number) throughout the process.

On the morning of your delivery, DPD will contact you with a one hour delivery window and the name of your driver. You will also be given the following options, available both online and via SMS:

  • Select an alternative delivery date
  • Have your parcel delivered to a nominated neighbour
  • Have your parcel left in a specified safe place
  • Or collect from your local shop.
A signature is required on receipt; if no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with information on how arrange redelivery or collection.
