OK,I admit it, I suffer from stinky feet. Seriously sinky, honky feet. I blame my Grandfather. I know ladies aren't supposed to admit to things like that, but there you go. I was previously wearing beach-shoe slippers (you know the ones - huge rubber things with lots of holes in them). They had washable liners but no matter how often I washed them, after two or three wears, they started to honk again. It was time to get myself some slippers that were a natural fabric and therefore less likely to whiff. I went for these because I like the ability to nip outside and the soles of the Tasman's are chunky enough to withstand a small puddle and wet slabs. I'm usually a size 4 - 4.5 but decided to go for a size 4 in these. I knew they would be snug to start with until the sheepskin inner bedded down and I wasn't disappointed. They WERE snug, although not uncomfortably so. Width wise, they were perfect, especially given that I have very wide feet (around an EEE width). So I've had these for about 3 weeks now and they have bedded in beautifully. My toes no longer feel like they're touching the ends of the slippers and I can almost slide them on without having to inch them over my heels with my hands. Lovely looking slippers, excellent quality and well worth the money. And best of all NO STINK! Not a hint of a whiff and I've worn them for several hours every day with naked footsies. I'm guessing this is because my feet can actually breathe and are not sweating like they used to in my rubber slippers - despite the numerous holes! No more green clouds following me around!!!! Sheepskin all the way for me from now on.
