01:23 Start by getting the shoe damp. [Hand holds UGG boot and bottle. UGG logo.]
01:30 The next step we're going to do is to take the cleaner and conditioner, applying a small [Two people at a table with UGG boots and cleaning supplies.]

01:42 It needs about 24 hours to sit and settle into the material. [UGG boot, care kit. Text: STEP THREE, Allow product to sit.]
01:46 Alright, now that we're going through the order of the care kit, I would love to [Woman in striped top, UGG logo, color swatches, fur samples.]

01:54 Important thing to do is before you start applying it to the shoe is to shake well, [Person's hands, one blurry, with 'PROTECTOR'. UGG logo.]
01:59 shake it, everything. [STEP ONE: Shake the Protector spray bottle well. UGG.]
02:00 mixed up. It's important for the boot that when you are spraying it, you want to be about six inches away from the boot. [Hand spraying a tan UGG boot. UGG logo top right.]
02:05 If you get too close, it will become oversaturated in an area. If you're too far away, it's not saturating the boot enough. [Hands spray an UGG boot with a bottle. UGG logo.]
02:12 Make sure you're also in a well-ventilated area and then just start applying it to the boot. [Hands on UGG boot, cleaning kit, UGG logo visible.]
02:17 Covering the whole surface and then you want to make sure to let it sit. [Hand touching tan UGG boot. UGG logo.]
02:21 It needs about 24 hours to sit and settle into the material and then after 24 hours, you would brush the [STEP THREE: Hands over UGG boot, spray bottle inside. UGG logo.]
